30 ноября в Русском Доме в Лиме прошёл X Юбилейный детский фестиваль русского творчества «Весёлые нотки», организованный Ассоциацией «С тобой, Россия» и Русским Домом.

🎵 На сцене блистали юные артисты — они пели, танцевали, читали стихи и играли на музыкальных инструментах

🎁 Каждый участник получил подарки от Русского Дома, плюшевого Чебурашку, юбилейный диплом и медаль.

🎉 А в конце всех ждал большой праздничный торт с 10 свечами в честь юбилея фестиваля! Кусочек торта достался каждому участнику и гостю, добавив сладкие аккорды в наши "Веселые Нотки".

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
