Источники РБК сообщают, что против него дали показания представители угольной отрасли еще летом прошлого года. По всем адресам Яновского (на его супругу оформлено больше десяти квартир) прошли обыски, сам он находится в СК на допросе.
Яновский с 98-го по 2000 год был статс-секретарем замминистра топлива и энергетики, а затем – замминистра энергетики. В последние годы Яновский занимался темой международного сотрудничества. В 2021 году он перешел в Администрацию президента курировать работу президентской комиссии по ТЭКу.
Кроме того, Яновский – действительный член Академии горных наук, Высшего горного совета и член-корреспондент РАЕН.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
