Причин снижения цен много и они все широко известны: в первую очередь это период межсезонье, высокие накопленные запасы, а также высокая собственная добыча главных импортеров угля – Китая и Индии.
Кроме того, на цены давят вторичные санкции, а следовательно необходимость выставлять дисконты, менять маршруты поставок, контрагентов и т.п.
Возможно, цены поползут вверх ближе ко второму кварталу, но это не точно.
