Zuerst habe ich die Petersilie, Knoblauch und Chili ins Bügelglas geschichtet. Dann habe ich das Glas mit den Tomaten gefüllt. Aber nur ca. bis zur Schulter vom Glas mit Gemüse füllen, denn diese sollten komplett mit der Lake bedeckt werden. Dann habe ich Meersalz mit kaltem Wasser aufgelöst. Im Verhältnis 2% Salz pro Liter, also 20 Gramm Salz in 1 Liter Wasser auflösen. Und wenn es mehr Lake braucht, nochmal mit dem 2% Verhältnis ansetzen. Dann die Salzlake über die Tomaten geben, bis diese komplett bedeckt sind. Und mit einem Gewicht beschweren. Bei Zimmertemperatur ca. 1 Woche stehen lassen und danach kühl stellen. Und wenn diese nochmal ca. 2 weitere Wochen kühl fermentiert sind, kann man diese geniessen 🤗.
