В развитых странах подземные пешеходы отсутствуют или выполняют функции магазинов, велопарковок, общественного туалета и др.
В Ереване также необходимо двигаться в данном направлении.
Отдать подземку бизнесу, а пешеходов пусть по поверхности автодороги.
Город должен зарабатывать, но заботиться о всех слоях населения 🧑‍🦽

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
