اگر این میمون‌ها تحت آزمایش‌های بیماری‌های واگیردار بودند هم نگهداری از آن‌ها با ایمنی بیشتر انجام می‌شد، هم پس از فرارشان هشدارهای امنیتی جدی داده می‌شد و هم اقدامات ویژه و گسترده انجام می‌شد.
