3 июля краснодарский минздрав пообещал повысить водителям зарплаты, после чего большинство из них согласилось забрать заявления.
Позднее стало известно, что зарплату водителям поднимут до 25-27 тысяч рублей, причем дополнительные 5 тысяч по ведомостям проходит как необязательная мотивационная выплата.
«Сегодня она есть, а завтра ее может не быть — всё на усмотрение руководства больницы», — объяснил один из водителей.
Четверо из них все же решили уволиться. Остальные согласились на предложенные условия.
