«Надо вместе, как бы, при выдаче грантов и ограмотнять население. Вот то, что мы вносим с вами, это как раз к этому и приведет. Важно, чтобы они грамотно составляли документы и следили за целевкой использования вот этих грантов», - заявил министр (речь приводим, что называется, без купюр 😜).
