И да, в 2000-х так работало и мы знаем, кто и как так действовал по регионам. В основном, так делал криминал. А тут еще и вооруженный человек в маске. Господа, это давно не работает и механизм подсчета голосов это давно решает. Смешно, братков в пиджаках не хватает.
