В ХМАО адвокат пойдет под суд за подстрекательство к даче ложных показаний

Следственным комитетом ХМАО-Югры установлено, что в работе дознавателя Пыть-Яха было открыто уголовное дело за фиктивную регистрацию иностранца. По версии следствия, адвокат обвиняемой уговорил иностранца, свидетеля по делу, дать ложные показания дознавателю. Доказательства по уголовному делу собраны, и дело направлено в суд.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
