Данная рана на начальном этапе аккуратно обкладывается тампонадой/бинтом, фиксируется бандажем, но без фактора давящей повязки.
Обязательно шина.
Основная цель, сохранение структур позволяющих в итоге обеспечить сохранность конечности.
