Речь идет о трех участках под нежилую застройку общей площадью 6,92 га. Их градостроительный потенциал составляет 184,25 тыс. кв. м недвижимости.
Два участка находятся в Ростокино и Свиблово. Здесь планируется возвести 130,65 тыс. кв. м, включая жилье по программе реновации. Появится гостиница на 300 номеров, подстанция скорой помощи и другое. Редевелопмент также затронет участок в Нагатино-Садовниках. Там построят 53,6 тыс. кв. м, в том числе гостиницу на 250 номеров.
Власти Москвы уже реализуют 93 проекта КРТ общей площадью 1,146 тыс. га, где планируется возвести около 23,4 млн кв. м. В результате будет создано более 246,6 тыс. новых рабочих мест.
