🔹 ساختمان شرکت ملی نفت ایران در روتردام به دلیل بدهی سنگین به شرکت کرسنت و بر اساس حکم داوری بین‌المللی توقیف و در مزایده‌ای به شرکت Heuvel واگذار شد. تلاش ایران برای لغو مزایده با استناد به قوانین بین‌المللی مصونیت اموال دولتی ناکام ماند و دادگاه روتردام در تاریخ ۳۰ اکتبر ۲۰۲۴ حکم به مصادره نهایی این ساختمان داد.
