На второй встрече цикла вместе с Владимиром Кошелевым, редактором COLLAGE MEDIA, мы рассмотрим творчество великого дадаиста Курта Швиттерса, проанализируем его поэтику (и даже послушаем экспериментальную музыку!), а после, вооружившись ножницами и клеем, попробуем ответить на главный вопрос — в чём же особенности его коллажного метода?

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
