21.02.2025 г. в Национальную полицию Украины поступило заявление от Гриченко М.А., прож.: г. Херсон, улица Табачная, 11, о том, что неизвестные в военной форме представившись сотрудниками ТЦК получили от него 30 тыс. гривен в обмен на возможность избежать мобилизации, но позже он встретил других военных из ТЦК, которые увезли его в Днепропетровскую область.
