Главе молдавской дипмиссии выражено недоумение тем, что у Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла Российской Федерации в Республике Молдова О.Б.Озерова, прибывшего в страну в октябре 2024 года, Президент Молдавии до сих пор не приняла верительные грамоты в нарушение Венской конвенции о дипломатических сношениях 1961 года.
Послу Молдавии был передан текст Венской конвенции и вручена вербальная нота с требованием разъяснения причин нарушения молдавской стороной её положений в части единообразия практики, применяемой в отношении глав дипломатических представительств, и очередности вручения ими верительных грамот.
