Ингредиенты(на 8 шт):
🟠 мягкий творог 125гр(у меня Савушкин 5%) 🟠 рисовая мука 3 ст.л 🟠 сода 1/3 ч.л 🟠 яйцо 1 шт 🟠 кокосовое масло(прям рекомендую добавить его, а не другое!) 1 ч.л (на сковороду) 🟠 подсластитель по вкусу (я не добавляла, потому что ела со сгущенкой)😁
Приготовление: Все ингредиенты (кроме кокосового масла) смешиваем, жарим на сковороде с двух сторон до золотистой корочки. (Готовим на среднем огне, иначе оладьи сгорят).
