«Все снабжение Предгорного округа перегружено на 160%. То есть почти в два раза увеличен объем потребителей от возможностей подстанции. В течение ближайших двух лет будем ее восстанавливать», — рассказал глава региона.
Губернатор отметил, что в Предгорном округе и Ессентуках сейчас запретили выдавать подключения. По его словам сетевая компания подключала всех подряд.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
