Именно такой заголовок будет справедливым в различных СМИ. К сожалению Казачья и Осетинская разрушились окончательно за пару месяцев, и продолжают стремительно разрушаться. Верхний слой уплывает. Теперь автовладельцы с волгаря ежедневно попадая в ямку вспоминают силуэт главы департамента городского хозяйства Олега Ивахина . Не сказать что силуэт светлый, уж слишком часто жители города о нём вспоминают в горе и совсем без радости в душе. На две улицы не менее ста ям наверняка, различных размеров.
Жители волгаря не ждут но верят в лучшее...
