Единственное сколько-нибудь разумное объяснение - это попытка создать медийную угрозу Курску (атакуют они на трассе по направлению в Курск) и улучшить условия для мифических переговоров после 20 января.
Есть, конечно, вероятность, что это обманный манёвр, но пока выглядит так, что укр опять жертвует стратегией ради сиюминутной тактической и медийной выгоды.
