Lasst eurer Fantasie freien Lauf.

Schneidet ein Brot quer oder längs in 3-4 große Scheiben, je nach Brotform.
Zum Bestreichen könnt ihr alles verwenden was streichfähig ist, Butter, Quark, Pesto, Frischkäse, Hummus. Als Belag könnt ihr ebenso alles verwenden, worauf ihr Lust habt und was euch schmeckt, Gemüse, Kräuter, Salat, Eier, Käse, Fisch oder Wurst. Gestaltet jede Lage mit etwas anderem als Belag. Traut euch.
Zum Schluß von außen mit Frischkäse bestreichen und schön dekorieren.
Bis zum Anschnitt kalt stellen.
