Dose Kichererbsen
1 Möhre in Scheiben geschnitten
1 Zwiebel gewürfelt
1 Lorbeerblatt
Etwas Porree, Zwiebelgrün und Sellerie
Nudeln nach Wahl
Flüssigkeit
Salz
Pfeffer und Kräuter
Z. B. Petersilie oder Knoblauchgrün
Etwas Zitronenabrieb

Die Flüssigkeit von den Kichererbsen abfiltern und zur Seite stellen.
Die Zwiebel glasig anbraten, Kichererbsen und das andere Gemüse dazugeben und mit ca 1 Liter Wasser auffüllen und 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Die Nudeln dazu und weitere 10 bis 12 Minuten kochen.
In der Zwischenzeit die Flüssigkeit
Mit Salz und Pfeffer und Zitronen abrieb würzen, Kräuter dazugeben und mixen bis die Flüssigkeit schaumig ist.
Eintopf verteilen und den Schaum dazugeben
