Под эти цели местные власти выделили им бюджетные средства. Конечно, кому же ещё проверять у мигрантов знание Русского языка, как ни Диаспоре. Я просто уверен, что скоро Камчатка покажет лучшие показатели адаптации мигрантов и на этом примере такие инициативы будут интегрировать в других регионах! В весёлое время живём, друзья 😂
