This book was published in 2009. The 7 Scenarios are: Global Pandemic, Pakistan's Collapse, Nuclear blackmarket leading to a Dirty bomb being smuggled into major US city, Cyber attack, Mass Migration/ Border dispute, China's rise leading to military confrontation, Chinese civil unrest.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
