Приморский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление о продлении меры пресечения в виде домашнего ареста в отношении Михаила Москвина (https://www.group-telegram.com/ye/SPbGS.com/15986), обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.6 ст.290 УК РФ, ч.3 ст.285 УК РФ (2 эпизода).
Следствие просило о продлении, ссылаясь на необходимость предъявить Москвину окончательное обвинение, допросить его, уведомить об окончании следственных действий, начать выполнение требований ст.217 УПК РФ.
Москвин и защитник не возражали против продления ареста, только Москвин просил разрешить ему звонить супруге и дочерям, а также адвокатам. Кроме того, просил разрешить ему гулять по участку, мотивируя это необходимостью обслуживать коммуникации на территории.
Суд продлил Москвину меру по 02.03.2024 (до 12 месяцев, дальше только через Санкт-Петербургский городской суд) и разрешил звонить близким родственникам и адвокатам, осуществляющим его защиту. Гулять суд Москвину не разрешил.
