28.02.2024 Козыревой было предъявлено обвинение по ч.1 ст.280.3 УК РФ. 22.04.2024 продлен срок содержания под стражей по 25.05.2024.
Обвиняемая и её защитник возражали против удовлетворения ходатайства следствия, считали его незаконным и необоснованным. Просили избрать меру пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий.
