Санкт-Петербургский городской суд рассмотрел апелляционную жалобу на постановление Октябрьского районного суда г. Санкт-Петербурга в отношении Рахматшоха Курбонова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст.264 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/ye/SPbGS.com/17548).
Защитник просил с учетом личности обвиняемого, а также того, что он полностью признал вину, раскаялся, принес извинения потерпевшим, постановление районного суда отменить, избрать Курбонову иную, более мягкую меру пресечения, в том числе в виде домашнего ареста.
Курбонов: «Поддерживаю доводы адвоката». Я никуда не уеду, готов ходить в суд».
Прокурор просил оставить постановление районного суда без изменения, апелляционную жалобу без удовлетворения.
