Колпинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Татьяны Подунай, которая обвинялась в совершении преступления, предусмотренного п.г ч.2 ст.117 УК РФ.
Прокурор в судебном заседании просил переквалифицировать действия Подунай на ч.1 ст.119 УК РФ.
Суд назначил наказание по ч.1 ст.119 УК РФ в виде обязательных работ сроком на 360 часов. Зачтено время содержания под стражей, в связи с чем наказание считается отбытым.
Подунай освобождена из-под стражи в зале суда немедленно.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
