В здании Совета Федерации состоялся турнир по шахматам между сенаторами и представителями Воронежской области. Ранее в верхней палате парламента доброй традицией в рамках Дней субъекта стало проведение спортивных соревнований по футболу, волейболу, пулевой стрельбе.
Теперь по инициативе моего коллеги-сенатора, прославленного гроссмейстера Сергея Карякина в списке соревнований появились шахматы.
С удовольствием сыграл несколько партий. Общий итог шахматного турнира: 16:9 в пользу Совета Федерации.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
