"Указанный закон является неконституционным. Он противоречит статье 78 Конституции Грузии. В иске оспаривается также ряд норм закона, нарушающих ряд основных прав, гарантированных Конституцией", – заявил парламентский секретарь президента Георгий Мсхиладзе.
