"Господин Нико Лекишвили служил нашей стране особым профессионализмом и особой преданностью. Он внес особый вклад как в развитие Тбилиси, так и в развитие всей страны. Соболезную его семье, близким и всему обществу", - говорится в письме Кобахидзе.
