📆1914 год постройки
Архитектор - А.Л. Лишневский

Дом похож на утюг и образует один из углов перекрестка который называют "Пять углов" -
пересечение Загородного проспекта с Разъезжей, Рубинштейна и Ломоносова.

После постройки в доме было все 6 квартир, по 2 на каждом этаже, для очень состоятельных семей.

Позднее здесь жила дочь Корнея Чуковского - писательница Лидия Чуковская. Ее мужем был ученый-физик и писатель Матвей Петрович Бронштейн, который был арестован и расстрелян в 1938 г.
После этого дом часто посещала Анна Андреевна Ахматова.

Высокая башенка похожа на городской маяк, сейчас в ней находится мастерская художника Сергея Семкина.
