Адвокат Георгий Краснов сказал @ve4ved, что Постникову вменяют якобы демонстрацию символики некой запрещённой в России организации (часть 1 статьи 20.3 КоАП), подробностей пока нет, с материалам дела адвокат ещё не ознакомлен. По данной статье чаще всего назначают аресты. Максимально возможный срок заключения — до 15 суток.
«Вечерние ведомости» со ссылкой на источник пишут, что настоящей причиной задержания могло стать то, что сегодня Постников должен был выступить на мероприятии «Лиги дебатов» в баре «Молодость» в Екатеринбурге.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
