Ставка RUSFAR CNY (индикатор стоимости привлечения и размещения ликвидности в китайских юанях на российском рынке сроком овернайт) в сентябре достигла отметки 212% годовых. 29 августа Банк России для стабилизации рынка, продал в рамках валютного свопа 30 млрд юаней (он перестал пользоваться этим инструментом в конце ноября).
Нынче (в понедельник) RUSFAR CNY находился на отметке -0,55, что указывает на профицит юаней.
В общем, практика показывает, что подобные вопросы решаемы (восстановление механизмов экспортных расчетов и т.д.), но цена - никому не нужные издержки.
