Ха! Думали рабочие будни закончились? Я тоже так думал. Но вчера под вечер последнего рабочего дня в этом году сервис знакомств Twinby объявил о раунде на 500 млн рублей от неназванных инвесторов. Момент анонса, конечно, странный. Уже явно никому нет дела до новостей и вопросов к ним.
Как вы помните, я с октября слежу за активностью Twinby в плане инвестиций. Вот мои посты с вопросами — один и два. И, конечно, я не смог пройти мимо анонса такого крупного раунда.
Как итог — я почти всю ночь копался в реестрах, чатах, договорах и так далее, чтобы изучить нюансы этого раунда. И у меня появился целый ряд вопросов. В один пост все не влезло, поэтому я залил на Substack.
