В том числе, в районе Нижнего Тагила, где ситуация выглядит особенно серьезной. Перекрыто движение, как минимум, по одной автотрассе. Не похоже, чтобы губернатор Евгений Куйвашев и глава МЧС Александр Куренков придавали большого значения происходящему.
