Сьогодні підписав укази для відзначення наших людей: військових, цивільних, чоловіків, жінок – тих, хто захищає нашу державу, захищав нашу державу. Зокрема, Ірину Цибух, бойового медика і дуже відому людину, на жаль, посмертно відзначив званням Герой України. Пам’ятаємо. Пам’ятаємо абсолютно всіх, хто боровся заради нашої держави, заради наших людей – заради самого права українців жити своїм життям на своїй землі. Це право українців не підлягає сумніву.
Гарантії миру й безпеки. Суверенітет нашої держави. Територіальна цілісність. Заради цього працюємо. Дякую всім партнерам, які підтримують. Дякую всім нашим людям, які вірять в Україну.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
