22 октября 2024 года на Пленарном заседании Госсобрания при рассмотрении бюджета 2025 года мною было предложено: • Разработать стратегию развития ЖКХ, которая будет не декларативной, а реально работающей. • Внедрить энергосберегающие технологии и автономные системы генерации энергии. • Усилить контроль за субсидиями и сделать их адресными. • Реформировать ГУП ЖКХ, передав часть полномочий на муниципальный уровень. • Привлечь федеральные средства через программу «Арктика» для модернизации инфраструктуры. Эти меры позволят снизить нагрузку на бюджет, повысить эффективность использования ресурсов и обеспечить долгосрочную финансовую стабильность республики.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
