Молодые политики чаще отвечают, чтобы набираться опыта *️⃣От инициативы до принятия закона проходит 1-1.5 года, а не три дня *️⃣Стать членом партии - реально, просто заполнить заявку и платить членский взнос

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not.
