В частности, российская Uranium избавилась от 50% в СП с «Казатомпромом» — предприятии «Заречное». Добыча на этом месторождении планировалась до 2028 года.
Казахская сторона ожидает, что Росатом выйдет из других проектов: «Хорасан-U» и «Кызылкум». Там российской корпорации принадлежит по 30% акций.
