На занятии мы сделали 11 упражнений по 2 круга. - Первые 3 упражнения: 1 круг- всё делаем по 50 повторений, 2 круг-по 30 повторений, - 4 упражнение- прыгалки: 100 повторений - 5,6 и 7 упражнения: 1 круг- все по 40 повторений, 2 круг- по 25 повторений, - 8 упражнение- прыгалки: 100 повторений - 9,10 и 11 упражнения: 1 круг- все по 35 повторений, 2 круг- по 20 повторений,
Отдых- когда посчитаете нужным. Лучший результат за 40 минут.
Длительность тренировки- 1 час 20 минут.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
