Мы жили в бараках на пос.Горького, которые ушли под снос ещё в 2015 году. Так вот у нас из 6 домов, два были в состоянии не годном. А, в целом отличные дома с центральным отоплением, у многих хороший ремонт был, следили за домами, инфраструктура отличная. Многие даже не хотели переезжать в новостройки, столько было труда вложено в эти квартиры, да и менять район проживания не желали. Поэтому барак- бараку рознь. Теперь стоит пустырь с двумя домами , которые нельзя сносить из-за близости жд путей, и вот они потихоньку рушаться. Такая же проблема и на Проспекте, очень рядом жд пути, поэтому и тянется это расселение уже очень длительное время. Родилось и ушло уже не одно поколение, а они стоят, рушатся и горят. @KhabCityNews
