Раздастся сигнал «Внимание всем!»: на улицах заработают средства оповещения, а на общероссийских теле- и радиоканалах будут транслировать сообщение «Проводится проверка готовности системы оповещения населения!».
Так в МЧС оценивают исправность системы и готовность дежурного персонала на случай техногенных и природных ЧС. Такие проверки плановые — их проводят дважды в год.
