„Die anderen Fraktionen haben ja bereits erklärt, mich allein aufgrund meiner Parteizugehörigkeit nicht wählen zu wollen – insofern erwarte ich nicht per se, dass die Vertreter der anderen Fraktionen sachlichen Argumenten zugänglich sind. Meine Fraktion hat mich nominiert, weil sie mich als geeignet ansieht, das Amt des Landtagspräsidenten auszufüllen.
