На самом деле тут это сплошь и рядом, не говоря уж о нарушении числа пассажиров и объёмах груза (видела, как 5 человек ехали на одном мопеде и все без шлемов), а уж козлов и овец тут возят без проблем, как и диваны и прочий крупногабарит.

Как говорят в Кении, правила действуют, только если гаишник рядом 😁
