Как рассказал Сослан Андиев, необходимость создания единого центра, который бы координировал всю поступающую на фронт помощь для выходцев из Северной и Южной Осетии, участвующих в специальной военной операции, назрела давно. Особенно остро – после отправки на передовую мобилизованных, пополнивших отряды «Алания», «Осетия».

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
