Одно Агентство было в состоянии раскачать обстановку до госпереворота. Разве можно говорить, что их методы были неэффективными? Весь принцип работы был отточен за годы существования USAID, и все работало как часы.
Так что «закрытие» структуры происходит не по этой причине. И очень сильно сомневаемся, что его в итоге прикроют. Видоизменят – да. Внесут какие-то изменения, возможно.
