Только что такое решение принял Национальный совет по электронным СМИ (NEPLP). Формулировка: из-за угрозы национальной безопасности. Вещание "Дождя" из Латвии будет прекращено в ночь на 8 декабря.
Ну не может в Латвии работать никакое вроде как независимое русское СМИ. Только полный контроль со стороны латвийского государства и Службы госбезопасности.
