Искренне рад, что мой друг и коллега-депутат Захар Енджиевский и мой верный товарищ, кавалер ордена Мужества, а с некоторых пор тоже коллега-депутат ЗакСобрания Санкт-Петербурга Александр Малькевич встретились и развиртуализировались. Заочное они знакомы уже почти два года.
Когда мы с Сашей в январе 2023 года отвозили гуманитарную помощь в зону СВО, часть средств выделил именно Захар. И это только одно из многих его добрых дел. Благотворительностью он занимается давно и системно. И почему-то стесняется об этом рассказывать.
А еще Александр вручил нам памятные медали Союза донбассовцев России «За служение Донбассу и Великой России». Захар получил эту награду заслуженно. Я - авансом. Но принял с большой благодарностью!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
