Примерно с года 1995-го такие пивточки исчезли, в связи с массовым производством бутылочного пива, которое стало в середине 90-х гораздо более доступным по цене. Примерно года с 1998 начнется эпоха пластиковых одноразовых бутылок по 1-1,5-2 литра, которая продолжается до сих пор.
